Junior Stylist Training
Just out of school and ready to take your skills to the next level? Join one of our seven James Joseph Salons and participate in our renowned paid training program. You’ll receive hands-on education once a week (minimum) at our Watertown training center, guided by expert educators dedicated to helping you build confidence, technique, and artistry behind the chair.

Advanced Education
For experienced stylists looking to refine their craft, our Advanced Training Series offers quarterly classes in cutting-edge color and cutting techniques. Led by our senior education team, these courses are designed to inspire creativity and keep your skills ahead of the trends.
