APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

All appointments must be secured with a credit card. Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the price of your services booked.

SERVICES & PRICING

All services are à la carte. If booking online, please make sure to book your color service with a wash, cut and style or blow-dry. Prices vary based on stylist level and are subject to change based on the services required and products used to give you your desired outcome. For an exact quote for your hair, please book a 15-minute free consultation. Quotes are not given over the phone.

PET POLICY

Per the board of health, we are unable to accommodate pets on your visit unless it is a service animal.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to our team. If you are dissatisfied with your services, please give us the opportunity to make it right! Please call the salon within 7 days of your original services so we can assess the situation and exceed your expectations.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Loyalty Program members earn 5 points for every wash, cut, and finishing service, and 1 point for every dollar spent on retail products. 100 Points may be redeemed for $5 off any product purchase. Points can only be redeemed for retail purchases.
