| Maite is expert in color, color correction, and textured hair because she has been working with her own highly demanding, ethnic hair since she was a young girl. She was born in Havana, Cuban, is fluent in Spanish, and has a passion for everything that she does. Her dedication to her profession is clear in her continuous pursuit of education and incredible attention to detail. She recently attended a color course in Berlin and worked on Oscar de la Renta’s Spring 2004 Fashion Show, a benefit for the Dana Farber Cancer Research Center. As a natural educator, she teaches every client more about the nature of their own hair or a new styling technique. She has been profiled in Metro. | |
